How It Works
All adult clients begin with a Performance Lab Session ($125).
This session allows me to:
• Establish baseline strength metrics
• Identify movement limitations
• Set 90-day KPIs
• Build a clear roadmap
From there, if we decide to move forward together, your Performance Lab investment will be applied toward your next phase of coaching:
• 4-Week Jumpstart — $525 (Foundational Block)
• Ongoing Coaching — Starting at $495/month
• Package options (details listed on the left)
Rather than blindly purchasing a plan, I strongly recommend starting with the Performance Lab, so your training is aligned from day one.

4-Week Jumpstart
For most adults, this is the ideal starting block.
The 4-Week Jumpstart is designed to:
• Establish consistent training rhythm
• Build foundational strength safely
• Introduce progressive overload
• Improve core and posterior chain control
• Install 3–5 key habits
• Set measurable strength and body composition benchmarks

All clients begin with the Performance Lab before entering the Jumpstart.
Semi-Private Training
If you would like to train with your partner/spouse, close friend, co-worker or family member, semi-private training might be a better fit for your style and budget. Apply for coaching and let me know you are interested in this option. Please include answers for both parties in the same form.
