What Happens During the Session

The Performance Lab Session is a 60-minute deep dive into where you are and where you want to go.

I assess:

✔ Movement quality & posture assessment
✔ Strength baselines (squat, hinge, push, grip)
✔ Posterior chain evaluation
✔ Stability and asymmetries
✔ 90-day performance targets
✔ Energy, recovery, and training history
✔ Habit alignment strategy

You will leave with:

• A written Strength Blueprint
• Defined 90-day targets (roadmap)
• A measurable plan with clear KPI benchmarks
• Honest feedback on where you stand

This is not surface-level coaching.

This will give you structure.

This is where structure helps form a practice.

By the end of four weeks, you’ll have:

• A clear path forward that supports long-term performance

From there, we continue building and transition into ongoing coaching.

The Lab provides clarity, while the 4-week Jumpstart builds momentum.
