Team Training

Team training is perfect for those who want personal training, but in a group setting (4-6 people). You receive a customized program and train together in a team setting. Think of this as team “practice” (if you played in a team sport) or a fitness “happy hour”. Goals may coincide with others in the group, but they don’t need to. You can train to improve your strength, alongside someone working on increasing their endurance, or another dedicated to achieving a healthier weight. The plan is still tailored to you. This type of personal training is ideal for someone who likes to feed off group energy, enjoys community, but still want some dedicated personal coaching on their movement and lifts. This is also perfect for those who already have basic skills on lifts and don’t require learning a lift from scratch. It is not necessarily more advanced than 1:1, small group training is both for beginners through advanced individuals.

Del Athletics BBC

Join the Del Athletics Barbell Club if you want to focus and specialize on Olympic Weightlifting team training in a small group format. This is for beginners, advanced and everything in-between. You will Clean, Jerk, and Snatch along as complete some accessory lifts to get stronger at the Clean & Jerk and Snatch. Lifting with others will also help improve your form and give you the necessary rest for these movements. 

Del Athletics BBC cycles are not recurring memberships but 8-week formats. Join the next cycle! We meet Wednesdays (4:30pm) and Tuesday evenings (7pm).
